All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

UK Shipping

  • Carrier: Royal Mail, Evri, or other reliable couriers

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

  • Tracking: Provided via email as soon as your order ships

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide!

  • Delivery Time: 5–11 business days (may vary by destination)

  • Shipping Partners: International courier services with tracking

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Customs & Duties: Some countries may charge additional customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Issues or Delays

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes can be made after shipping and are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
However, if you believe your package is missing, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you locate it or file a claim.
